09/29/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Onsite inspector observed an accumulation of overgrown weeds/grass in the front yard and abutting sidewalk. There was also a palm tree with dead palm fronds within 10 ft from the ground. Notice of Violation will be issued.
11/04/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Follow-up inspection was conducted and it was observed that the violations regarding the overgrown vegetation had been resolved. However, the dead palm tree fronds had yet to be trimmed. Resident was informed. A follow-up will take place in a week's time.
