09/24/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation On site with Inspector JZ, met with one of the occupants, who granted access to inspect the interior of the house. The main complaint regarding the air conditioning was unfounded, as the interior temperature was 78 degrees at the time of inspection. Additional violations were observed, including the house being used as a group home with six unrelated occupants living at the property and paying rent to the property owner without the proper permits. Peeling paint and holes were observed in the walls and ceiling, along with missing flooring creating a potential trip hazard. An unpermitted structure constructed from scrap materials was observed in the backyard, along with overgrown vegetation in the front and side yards. A notice of violation was sent to the property owner.
