09/14/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Arrived on scene at 757 PM. TFD no longer on scene, TEP crews on scene. A large eucalyptus tree from a residential property behind this property fell down during a storm and the tree has landed on the south wall of this building. The tree has also cracked a power pole in half and the power lines are downed, and laying across the building and the fence. Per TEP crews on scene, the alley is not safe to enter and the building is not safe to enter due to the risk of energized electrical lines. Did observe water is shooting out of the walls inside the building but cannot enter to turn water off. Building has been red tagged as unsafe to enter. Once the electrical hazards are assessed by TEP, the tenant was instructed to call Code Enforcement to have the area inspector reinspect the structure to determine if condemnation may be lifted. -VM
