RMIN / UNIT 203 / Apartment air conditioner has broken down three separate times within the past week beginning Labor Day. It also broke last year on Labor Day. We have pets and our apartment is above 82 degrees. When the unit runs, the air is warm. Furthermore, when the air conditioner is turned off, it pops a circuit breaker. We have tried getting the apartment to fix the issue but they simply add Freon or clean something rather than actually replacing components or the entire unit.
