09/10/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation on site at property, TPD on scene. There is is unsafe and unsanitary conditions throughout interior of structure. There is damage and holes in ceiling, walls, doors, and damage to cement flooring. There is refuse and debris throughout that create unsanitary conditions that include old rotten food, dirty dishes, dirty soiled clothes. There is infestation of pests to include roaches, spiders to include excessive spider webs and dead pest throughout. There appears to be work being done throughout property that include plumbing, electrical, and possibly structural, that are several areas through where dry wall is missing and bare areas. Property is condemned NOV, Emergency abatement and notice to vacate posted at property.
