At the front door, observed roaches and a strong odor of feces and filth. The floor at the front door has soft spots and the floor of the front room of the home is covered in some type of unknown debris. The ceiling in this room is coming down and can see into the roof system of the home, and there is a light fixture hanging by wires. There is an apparent use of extension cords in lieu of permanent wiring. The bathroom has the toilet detached and sitting loose on floor and otherwise appears to be inoperable. There is damage that appears to be water damage to the wall on the interior at the east wall of the home. The roof of the structure at the rear door has severe deterioration and rotting to the wood, repairs required with a permit. At the rear of the property, there is an RV that is receiving power through a series of daisy chained extension cords that are run out of the main home. There is a higher gauge orange extension cord wrapped up that is physically hot to the touch when compared to other items on the ground nearby. Can hear an air conditioning unit running. Appears the RV was being occupied. |
