Observed accumulation and untended growth of weeds and vegetation exceeding 6 inches in height throughout the property and abutting areas, to include alley, behind the residence. Inspector also observed 2 inoperable vehicles located on the property. Red BMW with broken windows and flat tires. Also observed was a white BMW and appeared to be dismantled. Code case complaint stated there were 5 inoperable vehicles on this property. At the time of initial inspection, there were only 2 present.
