09/07/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Exterior storage shed attached to the back end of the mh caught fire. Exterior siding /wall , interior drywall, insulation, electrical wires roofing, wood framing of the back wall damaged by the fire, smoke & water. Added electrical identified underneath and on the north side of the MH. TFD noted when the electrical was disconnected from the pedestal the mini split continued to run. Mini split installed without permit. MH are individually owned. Issued notice to vacate, permits required, indemnification form posted mh.
