CWOP/RMIN: EVERGREEN BOARDING CARE. TFD reports this home is in disarray, has feces on the floor in multiple places, including the bedrooms and entry way. It smells of urine and feces throughout the home, which has approximately 8-10 elderly people inside. There is a swimming pool in the back yard, which is full of green water and mosquitoes were incessant. It does not appear to be a safe place to care for sick or elderly people. Nothing in Tucson PRO was seen for a C of O for a Residential Care Home and more than likely they don't have a business license.
