At the time of inspection, the property was clean, with no unsanitary conditions or foul odors observed. The swimming pool was clean, with no green or stagnant water observed. A few violations were identified, including broken kitchen floor tiles and kitchen cabinets with broken and missing doors. No permits for the operation of a boarding home were on file. There were 10 elderly occupants residing at the property at the time of inspection. Spoke with the property owner, who stated that food is provided to the occupants and that no medical care is provided on site. A notice of violation was sent to the property owner requiring abatement of all identified violations. |
