In fact, when I arrived on site, the owner was in the process of moving the shipping containers to prevent unauthorized entry onto his property. I also did not observe trash or debris at this property. I will close this case, however, I encouraged the owner to speak with his neighbors to discuss possible solutions to their homeless camp problem. The property with the actual homeless camp and it's associated trash and debris belongs to SA RECYCLING LLC, who will be getting an NOV for the trash and homeless camp |
