TEP cut power at pole will require CC, Permits are required for all needed repairs to ensure property is livable an all work must be completed by license contractors. Structure is condemned. He stated that the home was under contract and the paperwork regarding the sale of the property would be ready by the tenth. I did visit the property after it was reported that the city was going to enter the property and start the demolition process. When I arrived, I found part of the fence removed and neighbors gathered top put the fence back up. The new owner is planning to have the structure removed completely to make room for a new building.
