The Casita in back was, at one point, secured but the boards were ripped off. The neighbors say that the owner doesnt live there but someone related to him squats at the house. The house does not have power. The owner, Ned Norris Jr., is the Chairman of the Tohono O'odham Nation but the number listed as a contact is disconnected. | |
