10/02/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Could not verify the complaint. The back area is completely blocked from public entry. The only way I could find to enter the rear was to knock on individual units to gain access to the rear. I knocked on the neighboring units, as well as the unit listed on the complaint, and did not get an answer. I left my business card at the three properties, and have not received any calls from the tenants. Additionally, this property is managed by a HOA and these issues should be addressed to the HOA first.
