10/01/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site and at this time there is a dead mesquite tree and a palm tree with several dead palm fronds. Spoke to owner Stewart and he will have a landscape contractor come out to abate violations asap. Will F/U in two weeks.
10/06/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed On site and at this time all violations have been abated. Palm fronds on the palm tree on the northeast side of property have been trimmed. Mesquite tree has been removed.
