RMIN / UNIT 316 / There is a condensation pipe above my bathroom sink that drips constantly, causing the sink to discolor yellow over time. I believe this may violate building or plumbing codes, as condensation lines are not intended to drain directly into a bathroom sink. The velocity of the dripping will cause my bathroom countertop to get wet overtime if I do not have a towel in place to stop the water. Despite notifying the landlord/property management, no repairs have been made. please advise thank you.
