11/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Unit marked 27 has no active power, T.E.P. has been notified to require a clearance from the City of Tucson prior to energizing the pedestal. The Pedestal lacks proper workspace clearance from the abutting mobile home. The lid to the pedestal is obstructed from being opened completely. The downstream receptacle that the mobile home connects to is damaged. The cord that connects to the exterior of the mobile home is completely severed. The mobile home has damaged exterior windows and door. The interior of the mobile home has been completely gutted. There is exterior nonmetallic cable with the date stamp 2004 that is installed in a non-code complaint manner. Stop work order has been posted at the mobile home unit with the notice of violation requiring a permit.
