10/22/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed Observed a large accumulation of trash and debris at this property. The trash and debris was located in the front and rear yard, as well as in the alley. Observed overgrown vegetation at this property along the rear property line. The original complaint came in as a property that holds too frequent yard sales. I did not observe an active yard sale, however, all the excessive storage, trash, and debris is consistent with have yard sales.
