07/21/2025 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Refuse removed. Building secured. Owner at the smoke shop has been picking up and consistently removing refuse off lot. Front half of the commercial building is secured, refuse removed. Area is fenced off on the west side. Across the street the homeless congregate and appear to be taking drugs at the bus stop. When the Police chase the people from the bus stop area the homeless migrate across the street to 3202 N. 1st Ave. This area has a serious homeless drug problem. Pictures attached. Discussed the graffiti with the owner. Owner will have the graffiti covered up by 9/18/24.
