Windows and doors broken out. Interior heating and cooling appliances damaged by fire Ceiling, walls and flooring damaged by fire, smoke and water. Permits will be required for repairs to rental unit. Rental unit can not be occupied until all permits are finaled by PDSD Bldg. Inspector. Completed shut down paper work. Owner will have bldg secured.
