10/16/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site with owner and tenant. No smoke detectors in the unit. The ceiling drywall needs to be repaired. Bathroom tub will not drain. Outlets and switches are missing covers. kitchen cabinets doors are broken and not working properly. Did not see any roaches at this time but tenant states they come out at night.
