There is an accumulation of weeds throughout property, sidewalk, curb etc. There is a dead tree on south east of property, rear of the house. There is a palm tree located on front of property and its fronds are within 10ft of a structure. There is an accumulation untended and overgrown vegetation on property. Sent notice of violation.
02/15/2024 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation On site at property. Progress has been made. Curb side weeds have been trimmed and abated. There is still untended vegetation south of property and a dead tree on property, palm tree fronds within 10 ft. of structure remain in violation. Will send an updated notice of violation.
