Property is not designated as a trailer park and trailer is not on the approved site plan. Connection for the water and sewage appears to be leaking/draining on to the ground behind the travel trailer. Several bikes dismantled and scattered around the front end of the travel trailer along with chemicals and miscellaneous items on the ground. Refuse, discarded furniture scattered throughout the entire property lots (Excessive amount of flies everywhere!!!). Exterior storage of household items visible from beyond the property lot. Rental unit 126/132 the second floor the windows appear to have been resized without permits. Cracks in the wall around the window area. Several junk motor vehicles on the property lot: Silver Chevy 4 door sedan missing tires up on jacks, oil spilled all over the ground underneath the vehicle. No license plate on vehicle, white Dodge truck missing the front bumper appears to have been parked for some time, cob webs underneath the vehicle Durango AZ L5A-6PF, Silver Saturn AZ Lic 2AA-97C, White GMC temporary lic 9D54090 being used for storage. Rental unit #120 and #128 exterior light globe missing. Rental unit #126, 132 has added electrical circuit labeled 220 Volts. No permits on file for added circuits. Over grown vegetation in the front public right-of-way area on the north and east side of property. Refuse abutting property on the east side of property. Appears renters are throwing out some sort of fluid that is attracting massive amounts of flies in front of rental unit 126, 132. Dilapidated wooden fence on the east side of property. Fence is leaning and detached from the rest of the fence on the south side of the property. NOTE: WINDOWS ON COMMERCIAL RENTAL UNITS HAVE BEEN RESIZED TO A MUCH SMALLER WINDOW ON 1ST AND 2ND FLOOR. PLEASE SEE PICTURES ATTACHED. |
