09/25/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Balcony at unit 207 is severely dilapidated and the beams are water damaged and rotting. The balcony has a large hole in it that is about 3 feet in diameter. I spoke with the manage named Katherine Trim who stated that she was aware of the issue and was going to have it fixed in a few months. I told her that that time frame was not acceptable due to the sever damage present on the beams of the balcony. I informed her that the work should commence within the next 24 to 48 hours, she said it would be at least supported with a support beam until it is fixed completely. I spoke with several tenants who explained that the management does not fix things but only makes patches in certain areas.
