Walking inside the property, I found 3 more dead trees to make a total of 5 dead trees on the property. One is in the pool area, one is by the mail boxes across from the laundromat, and the fifth dead tree is on the north end of the complex by a sidewalk. Made contact with complainant on site, I checked the kitchen and cabinets, I observed no roaches in the kitchen. Kitchen cabinet above stove is becoming detached from the ceiling. Tenant states he replaced the door handle and is now operating. Door handle is becoming detached on the hall closet door. -VM | |
