10/20/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed 242 PM - Called and spoke to owner, she denied they have built anything besides the pool that they have issued permit T22BU00293 for. They have applied for permit TC-RES-1222-01675 for landscaping and walls, but she says have not begun any construction. She did provide permission to view the property. There is what appears to be an adobe type wall, I measured 4 feet in height in front of front home, and max height less than 6 feet on portion that runs north/south. There is a wood picket fence running east west to west of the main home. It is not new and appears to be present in the 2008 Google Street View image. I walked around the property behind the main home and around the rear home. Found no new walls constructed. Found no open trenches near the pool. Any issues for pool barriers will need to be addressed by building inspectors for the pool permit. I was unable to find any new construction, and unable to verify complaint. Will close case. -VM
