The temporary event permit that allowed the structures to be in place expired on August 1st, 2023. There is an approximate 6 ft chain link fence installed at the perimeter of the property without proper permits or approvals from the City of Tucson. There are pallets and other miscellaneous items being stored on the property, this land is vacant land without any assigned use and must remain vacant until proper permits and approvals are obtained.
