MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THE OCCUPANT WAS BEHIND SEVERAL MONTHS IN RENT, RECEIVED HELP FROM EVICTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND ENDED UP VACATING THE UNIT ON 12/20/2024. UNIT REMAINS VACANT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
