I CONTACTED S B PROPERTIES AND ASKED THE TEMP MANAGER IF THE UNIT HAD BEEN VACATED. MANAGER INFORMED ME THAT THE OCCUPANT WAS BEHIND SEVERAL MONTHS IN RENT, RECEIVED HELP FROM EVICTION ASSISTANCE PROGRAM AND ENDED UP VACATING THE UNIT ON 12/20/2024. UNIT REMAINS VACANT. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
