09/12/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Went to the site and checked the area and the tree is by the sidewalk area. Appears that a tree has been cut that has fallen over the sidewalk and into the street area. The cutting have been placed to the side of the sidewalk. This area belongs to the Nogales Highway area for future expansion and does not belong to the owner at this address. Transportation or the State will need to address this issue and will be closing the case at this time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
