09/13/2023	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial		In Violation	Complaint regarding excessive storage on property is correct. Front yard has storage visible from beyond the property boundaries. Back yard the storage is visible from well beyond the property boundaries. Located in the alley: numerous stacks of water tanks stacked up over 8 ft in height. Forklift, bobcat, jmv sedan silver car , large stack of bricks, wrought iron front door, large wooden spool, live fish in large plastic water container, large chicken coop with several chickens, approximately 5 goats, tree in a container. In the front of the property: glass fish tank, miscellaneous household items, wood, hot tub in the carport(storage & fencing). Owner has a refrigerator with eggs and goat milk and an e-mail listed for the fresh eggs and milk stored in a refrigerator. Refrigerators are hooked up to extension cords creating an hazard, bank of batteries in the front yard with electrical extension cords all over the ground in the front driveway area (it was raining when I inspected this), brown two tone Chevy pickup truck is labeled as a Farm Vehicle. The front porch and side yard is full of storage.
