09/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire next door and damaged to the wood siding on the south side exterior, 2-windows had broken glass and the main door used in the living room area has a metal door and warped from the heat of the fire. There is no damage to the interior and did check for fire in the walls with some holes. There is no maintenance or not able to contact the owner and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure. Posted the paperwork on the plywood on the front door. The water was left on and the life line was removed until the wiring is checked where the heat from the fire was hitting. RV.
09/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Made contact with the owner and he will be placing a lock on the electrical box to not allow re-connecting the mobile home. The life line has been removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
