09/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Had a fire next door and damage to the metal siding and was pulled off to place water where burning. Has a broken window and wiring that has burned with exposing the wiring. The interior of the mobile home has holes in the walls and ceiling to check for fire on the fire side. The electrical was removed at the life line and T.E.P was on site and the electrical was on a master meter system and the meters are private and not able to remove the meters. The water was left on and has no gas to the mobile home. Not able to make contact with the owner or maintenance and called Arcaiden Industries to the site to secure. Posted the paperwork on the front window due to not able to locate the owner. RV.
09/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Have made contact with the owner and he will be placing lock on the electrical box for the space to not allow re-connecting the mobile home due to the life line has been removed. At this time the case will be closed and the owner is trying to locate the people living in the mobile home. Violation Abated. Close Case. RV.
