09/07/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Communication called that T.F.D. on site with a mobile home fire. Arrived and all the units were on site and were checking for hot spots. The arson investigators were on site checking for cause. The fire was on a travel trailer and was a total lost. The water was turned off at the hose bibb due to leaking inside the trailer. The electrical was removed at the life line and had no gas to the trailer. The electrical is on a master meter and T.E.P. was not able to remove the meter due to private. No maintenance or not able to make contact with the owner. There was damage to the mobile homes on both sides or the travel trailer and the mobile homes are being condemned. Did call Biff Baker Fence to install fence panels around the trailer. Did the posting of Do Not Enter on the rear of the trailer and left the paperwork on the rear in a handle due to all has been burned. Redcross was called to the site for placement. The female was pregnant and was taken to the hospital due to had pains. RV.
09/08/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed Made contact with the owner and he will be placing lock on the electrical box to not allow re-connecting the mobile home. The life line has been removed. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
