Arrived and no units on site and met with a care giver and went over on why I was there. She was Spanish speaking and explained that T.P.D. called that the house has issues with hoarding. She did allow me to do inspection and found where the house is very cleaned. The house is a group home called, Kings Care House of Hope LLC. Did find smoke detectors in all the rooms, fire extinguisher in the kitchen area, info for the owner was posted on the bulletin board in the living room area by the front door. They are not given medication, or cooking being done for the people staying in the house. The people have their own medication and have food stamps and make their own meals. Did talk to the owner and he is calling it a boarding home and will check with zoning if a home occupation is required. The yard in front and rear was cleaned. RV. |
