A 2ND STRUCTURE WAS ADDED TO THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, A RAMADA WAS ADDED TO THE MIDDLE OF THE PROPERTY, AND A CARPORT ADDED JUST EAST OF THE HOUSE. ALL STRUCTURES REQUIRE A PERMIT AND RECORDS SHOW NO PERMITS WERE SECURED. IN ADDITION A 6 FT METAL FENCE REPLACED A CHAIN LINK FENCE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PROPERTY. A METAL FENCE 6 FEET TO 6 FEET 10 INCHES WAS ADDED TO THE EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY, AND THE WEST WALL WAS EXTENDED FROM 5FEET 10 INCHES TO 6 FEET 10 INCHES IN SOME PLACES AND 7 FEET 10INCHES IN OTHER PLACES AND MAY REQUIRE A COMPLIANCE REVIEW AND OR PERMIT.
01/15/2026	COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up		In Violation	1253 pm - Followup on site. Property is walled off and unable to enter the property. There are multiple permits for apparently unpermitted work that was done. Permits TC-RES-0325-01448 and TC-RES-0325-01449 show as in Complete status; Permit TC-RES-1023-09066 is in Approved status. Needs to be in Complete status to close the code enforcement case. Called and left message for the listed owner to return my call. -VM
