09/05/2023 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Commercial rental property (8 rental units) has block in sewage line. Sewage was running into the street. Owner contacted Silverado Plumbing to fix the damaged sewer line. Line snaked and roots and a loose pipe found in the pipe blocking sewage. Owner advised to have tenants reduce water usage while the repair is taking place and to have Maintenace sanitize the area exposed to raw sewage sanitized per the County Health Dept recommendation to kill any harmful bacteria. Nov issued.
