09/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed The property in question has one JMV that is visually inoperable although the tenant next door has indicated that the others havent moved and do not have batteries based on he conversations with the car's owners. There is also furniture outside and overgrown grass in th front yard.
10/05/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Two JMVs. Silver Ram 1500 and a Blue Chevy Suburban. Spoke to the PM and they said they told the tenant to move them but they havent. I did not offer advise.
