08/30/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation House has an extreme rodent infestation. Rodent droppings throughout. Dog dropping. Plumbing system in bathroom appears to have a leak at base of toilet. This has been a problem for sometime. Flooring is damaged and soft to walk on. The other bathroom appears to be out of order for some time. Elderly woman and her dog had a bread, milk, chocolate and, boost. No other items of food. Dog was eating basically what she ate. While on site a large rat jumped from the upper shelf of the closet down to the floor and ran into a hole in the wall. Completed notice to vacate, plumbing repair required under permit. House needs to be professionally cleaned of all biohazard. Posted notice to vacate, permits required to repair damaged plumbing system. Arcadia secured house. 5 - 3x7door pin turned off electrical at panel placed a lock on the panel.
