The vehicle hit the electrical conduit located outside causing the electrical conduit to disconnect from the junction box. A permit is required to repair the damage cause by the vehicle. A Licensed Contractor and Licensed Electrician is required to repair damage caused by the vehicle that hit the structure. Issue a notice to Store Manager
