08/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Hse damaged by severe storms. Neighbor roof from 404 S 5th Av landed on top of house. Chimney from 136 we 14th St fell onto the roof of house putting a large hole inside the house. The tree fell onto the electrical line and yanked out the electrical line from the weather head located on the roof. The tree also damaged the roof, wall and fence. Electrical line disconnected from the pole fell into the street creating a hazardous situation. House was shut down. Complete notice to vacate, permits required post
