08/27/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Storm blew the roof off apt 404 S. 5th Av. Part of the porch landed at the front end of the rental house. Metal plumbing and some of the roofing landed on the side of the house. TEP evaluated the electrical Svc. TEP requested the trees to be trimmed back. Service stayed on. Completed notice of violation to remove refuse and to trim back vegetation on the property lot.
