| 09/21/2026 | COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial | Completed | An Inspection took place at the subject property on Thursday September 17th, at the time of the inspection, I saw a number of cockroach bodies, Insect Frass (Frass is defined as the fecal waste and droppings left behind by insects and rodents), and residue on top of and within cabinets in kitchens and bathrooms, and countertops in the kitchen, live insect bodies were found in the bathroom behind the toilet. Dead cockroach bodies were found on top of cabinets in the kitchen, behind the water heater in the kitchen, on the refrigerator door, and behind the stove. Additionally there was a large cutout in the bathroom behind the toilet that has not been properly repaired and minor water damage to baseboards in the bathroom surrounding the shower. Additionally, there was a substance that resembles cockroach Gel Bate smeared over the cabinets within reach of children living in the unit. The inspector was unable to test this substance at the time of the inspection. | |
