08/26/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation Parcel has 3 addresses attached to it and 3 units (725, 727, 729). The front fence is completly dilapidated and falling down in large sections. There are several windows that are either boarded or brokenindicating regular trespassing. the parcel has trash and debris scattered through the yard of the northern most unit. I spoke to the tenant of the unit at 729, they claim to pay rent. When I called the owner I explained the issues and she said that the tenant is the issue, he invites unhoused to the property to squat there. Several groups of people were oming and going in the short time I was on property. I sent photos to the owner and she said that when she returned the first week of september she is going to begin evicting the tenant and boarding up the entire lot.
