Do not see a water bowl or food bowl. In order to reach the dogs you have to crawl over a large pile of storage. Dogs removed and taken by PACC. Property Mgmt changed the locks. AC did not appear to be working. Air was stuffy. Completed notice to vacate, indemnification form. Posted rental unit. Occupant was SECTION 8 and was removed by TPD. Property Mgmt changed the locks to the rental unit.
