08/28/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation The A/C inside this unit appeared to be in proper working order. The temperature inside the unit was under the ordinance temperature of 82 degrees. In fact, the temperature readings inside the unit were consistently under 80 degrees throughout every room in the unit. The temperature coming out of the vent was 64.6 degrees. The water from the tap never reached above what would be considered "warm". The water ran for over 5 minutes and never reached what would considered "hot" water. I observed a front and a rear door that was lacking weather stripping around the edges.
09/02/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up In Violation Water heater was not fixed as of 9-1-26, however, the management sent a worker to the unit to assess what needs to repaired and it was determined that a new water heater is needed. The management informed me they will have it repaired within 4 days from 9-1-26. I will hold the case open until repairs are completed.
