08/20/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed Upon arrival, a few dozen pigeon could be seen perched on the electrical wires above the alley. Upon speaking to some neighbors, it became clear that several people that share the alley are either feeding the pigeons or attempting to kill them. The report to code enforcement does not appear to be valid as there is no code against feeding wild pigeons, nor is the proliferation of these birds the responsability of any one home that share this alley. Case Closed.
