The interior of the residence is filled with refuse and stored items to approximately shoulder height, substantially restricting access and movement throughout the home. The residence has evidence of a significant pest infestation, including roaches, rodents, black widow spiders, and ants. The owner was found deceased inside the residence and had reportedly been deceased and decomposing for several weeks. The flooring in portions of the residence is soft and deteriorated in areas where bodily fluids pooled. TEP was contacted to request disconnection of electrical service. South West Gas contacted to disconnect gas services. Arcadia was contacted to secure the front door of the residence.
