Over grown vegetation and dried vegetation throughout the entire property lot. 3 junk motor vehicles 1) RV Ford 2 tone tan and brown, 2) Dark blue four door sedan missing the front bumper, blinker lights and various enigine parts. 3) Silver 4 door sedan located on the property lot since 5/15/25. 2 trailers, five shed and a main house that was condemned due to a fire that occurred on 12/2/2020. by Code Insp RV The fire damaged the roof assembly, severe cracks in the trusses and roof decking were observed. The interior walls covering had been destroyed in the living rom and all rooms had major water damage from the foam which was 2 ft high. The front windows 3x4 were damaged. 2 to 3 ft of clothing and mix materials in bd rms and storage on the floors. TEP disconnected power, plumbing, gas was shut off by SWG. Heavy smoke damage. 12/13/23 Code Inspector BT came to the property closed the case. Unable to enter the property. 5/15/2025 Code Insp CB - Shut down hse - Elderly woman living inside. Roofing gatored, house full of storage with narrow pathways, walls burned/deteriorated, flooring deteriorated, zip cords throughout, candles throughout, pails of water in bathroom, food outside had maggots. Home shutdown. Son came and took his mother away. City boarded up the house and chained up the property lot. Will complete a Notice to demolish the entire property lot and haul off all junk motor vehicles. |
