08/17/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial In Violation on site inspection. during the inspection, loose and deteriorated shower wall tiles were observed within the shower area. The tiles were visibly separating from the wall surface. The wall surface behind the shower tile also appeared wet/moist, with a parent moisture affecting stucco surface. The observed conditions constitute effective interior surface conditions that are not being maintained in a good and sensory condition. The loose and deteriorated shower tile and effective wall surface shall be repaired or otherwise corrected to apply with Tucson city code chapter 16, section 16–11 F5. Was present during the inspection. Photographs were taken to document the observed conditions. Notice of violation sent in the mail.
