08/13/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Passed On site inspection. Made an appointment with tenant and met in person to see the situation. The toilet worked properly. There were no sewage smells coming from the sink or the shower drain, at the time of the inspection. The sink and shower worked properly at the time of the inspection. Management is aware there is a larger issue with the plumbing system in the building and they are working with a licensed plumbing company to resolve the issue. Case Closed - unfounded.
