Property Mgmt called back immediately. AC was repaired last month 8/11/26 the fan was replaced. The occupant called again. She did not know how to work the thermostat. Maintenance explained to her how to work the thermostat. Property Mgmt stated they would go take a look at the washing machine to ck for leaks.
